What are the turnaround times for my design?


All designs 3-7 business days

Optional 1-2 business day rush delivery

Turnaround times do not include weekends or holidays.

Turnaround times start the next business day after the submission of your Client Order Form, as well as any necessary items sent to our email address.

Do I have to come up with the complete vision for my project?

It is imperative that you, as the client, have a vision for your project. You must provide clear and elaborate details for your designs in order to create your ideal design

If you have absolutely no idea of what you'd like, you can give me creative control, but please be aware that once your maximum number of revisions are reached, you will have to pay for additional revisions.

You have 2 complimentary revisions on ALL designs.

How many revisions will I receive with my design?

You have 2 complimentary revisions on ALL designs.

All clients have 24 hours to respond to revisions to allow for your project to be completed within the time frame.

If you do not follow up with the designer, a $30 reinstatement fee will be applied to your order to add you back into the service queue.

How quick should I expect a response time from my designer?

24 - 72 Hours
